This spring Appling County Health Care System sponsored a 12-week leadership development program for 40 of its senior staff.  The program, entitled "Leading Together," was facilitated by ATC instructor Lea Carter.  During each weekly 3-hour session, participants enhanced their leadership skills and knowledge by sharing personal experiences, group discussions, role plays, and other activities.
