ATC Nominates Southern Metal Works, Inc. PDF Print E-mail

burkettAltamaha Technical College presented Southern Metal Works, Inc. with a plaque for being nominated for the 2006 Small Manufacturer of the Year Award.  The nomination was at the regional level for businesses with up to 150 employees.   ATC nominated the company because of its local economic impact and its workforce excellence.  Southern Metal Works, Inc., located in Surrency,  is owned and operated by Ron Burkett, and specializes in CNC and manual machining, fabrication, and welding serving both large and small businesses.  With over 30 years of credible and professional experience, Burkett and his team have provided high quality service to the many local companies.
