Altamaha Technical College partners with Jeff Davis Hospital

This spring Jeff Davis Hospital sponsored an 8-week “lunch and learn” leadership development program for 12 of its senior staff. The program, entitled "Leading Together," was facilitated by ATC instructor Lea Carter. During each weekly 2-hour session, participants enhanced their leadership skills and knowledge by sharing personal experiences, group discussions, role plays, and other activities. Topics included presentation skills/communication, conflict resolution, customer service, stress management, business ethics, and handling difficult situations.
