A Family's Success at ATC
Recently, Kelly Wilson and her two children decided to return to college to obtain their General Education Development (GED) diploma. Ms. Wilson, her son, T.J. Powell (an honor graduate) and daughter, Nicole Prendergast, all received their GEDs from Altamaha Technical College. Their instructor, Claire Quinn, shared, "It is always a joy to have a student who successfully achieves their goal of completing their GED. Over the past year, I was blessed to have a mother, daughter, and son work to obtain their GED while attending classes at the Academic Support Center in Hazlehurst. At graduation, I had the distinct honor to march with all three, one of whom was an honor graduate."
