Appling County Business After Hours

The Appling County Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with ATC, hosted Business After Hours on Thursday, August 16th.  The event was held at the Baxley campus, with approximately 70 people in attendance.  Many local business and community leaders were on hand to welcome and show their support for ATC President Lorette M. Hoover.

Culinary Arts instructors Eric and Jennifer Evans, along with the help of Jeff Davis Dual Enrollment students didn't hesitate when given the opportunity to show the people of Appling County their culinary mastery.  The unique assortment of appetizers was beautifully displayed and could only be rivaled by the bold and fresh flavors of each dish.  Some of the dishes featured were, Korean Beef Wraps, Jerk Chicken Skewers, Vidalia Onion Tarts, Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho, and Shrimp Ceviche.
