Brandon Smith receives Long County Scholarship |

Congratulations!-Brandon Smith recently received a $350 scholarship at the Long County Chamber of Commerce Installation Banquet. The scholarship is presented by the Long County Chamber of Commerce to a student at Altamaha Technical College. Brandon will use the scholarship to enroll in the college’s Heavy Diesel Service Technician TCC this fall. Brandon is quite familiar with Altamaha Technical College, its program offerings and the services provided by the college. A 2008 graduate of Long County High School, Brandon attended ATC during his senior year as a dual enrollment student in the Shielded Metal Arc Welding TCC. The dual enrollment program enabled Brandon to earn high school and college credit at the same time.
