Delaney Named Instructor of the Quarter
Bill Delaney, an instructor for Altamaha Technical College’s Jesup campus, was awarded Instructor of Quarter this week during activity day. Delaney has worked with ATC for almost seven years. During those years Delaney has served as Coordinator for ATC’s programs with the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), instructor for the Computer Information Systems program, and, now, Associate Professor for the Marketing Management program.
Delaney holds a Technical Diploma from Massey Business College in IBM Accounting, an Associate of Arts from Dekalb Community College in Business, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mercer University in Marketing Management, and two Masters of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University; one is Business and the other in Information Systems Management.
Instructor of the Quarter is nominated by students and elected by a student committee. According to Delaney, “It is important to receive recognition, and means a lot coming from the students.”
