The dedication ceremony, held in the Jesup Campus' C. Paul Scott Polytechnical Center, revealed the sign that will grace the stretch of U.S. Highway 84 between Jesup, Georgia and Screven, Georgia. Onhand to pay tribute to Mr. Mosley were Sonny Dixon (WTOC Anchorman and former state legislator), State Senate Majority Leader Tommie Williams, State Representative Tommy Smith, State Representative Roger Lane, Jay Shaw (former state legislator and current Georgia Department of Transportation Board Member), DOT Commissioner Vance Smith, former ATC President Paul Scott, State Representative Chuck Sims and State Representative Mark Williams.
