Altamaha Technical College recognizes student artwork
(February 13, 2012) –Altamaha Technical College is proud to recognize Glynn Academy Seniors Grace Foster and Skye Pullen, and Wayne County High School Senior Charity Daniels for their outstanding submissions to the State of Georgia’s Manufacturing Appreciation Week scholarship design contest.
Altamaha Technical College selected their artwork as three submissions to the statewide t-shirt design contest. If the artwork is selected, the winner will attend a celebration and recognition luncheon in Atlanta and can win up to a $500 scholarship for first prize, as well as have their artwork printed on the official Manufacturing Appreciation Week 2012 commemorative t-shirt.
“Congratulations to our talented young artists and we wish them the best of luck and success in the statewide competition,” said Altamaha Technical College President Lorette Hoover. “We are proud to submit their designs to represent our College and seven-county service area.”
