Altamaha Technical College is pleased to announce the fourth class in a series of "Cooking Extraordinaire" classes. |

Students will learn:
- the differences between grades of chocolates.
- how to temper chocolate correctly.
- why white chocolate isn't actually chocolate (but tastes so good!)
- to create a chocolate sculpture.
