 Chocolate 101

Altamaha Technical College is pleased to announce the fourth class in a series of "Cooking Extraordinaire" classes.

Students will learn:

  • the differences between grades of chocolates.
  • how to temper chocolate correctly.
  • why white chocolate isn't actually chocolate (but tastes so good!)
  • to create a chocolate sculpture.
Class Date:  Tuesday, February 13, 2007
Class Time:  5:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Location:  Stories Restaurant -- Downtown Jesup, across from SunTrust Bank
Instructors:  Staff -- Stories Restaurant
Fee:  $39.95
Materials:  Students should dress in comfortable clothing and bring an apron, if you like.
Deadline for Registration and Payment:  February 9, 2007

 Classes are limited to 15 students!
