Altamaha Technical College is pleased to announce the third class in a series of "Cooking Extraordinaire" classes. |

Students will learn:
- to prepare five mother sauces and more common sauces derived from them.
- different cooking methods to achieve good results.
- to avoid "breaking" a sauce.
