 Location:  Altamaha Technical College, C. Paul Scott Polytechnical Center
 Instructor:  Sonja Gaither, Owner of The Grain House.  Ms. Gaither holds a Master's of Agriculture Degree.
 Fee:  $22.50
 Materials:  Students should bring one medium mixing bowl
