Summer Camp with ATC and LEGO®
Fifteen campers just completed a week of fun and learning with LEGOs®, the famous toy building blocks, at Altamaha Technical College’s Summer Enrichment Academy. They enjoyed three different classes over the past week including, LEGO® Engineering, LEGO® BattleBots, and Online Video Game-making. These classes, developed by All About Learning, Inc. in Kent City, Michigan, focus on learning how and why things work together. In addition to the LEGO® projects, campers designed and modified their own arcade-style video games in an online video game-making class. Campers will now receive a six-week voucher to complete the video game on their own computers.
