Altamaha Technical College Conducts Trucking Driving Graduation Ceremony
 Altamaha Technical College recently conducted graduation for two separate classes of the Commercial Truck Driving program. A total of 28 students graduated from the eight week long technical certificate of credit program. The graduates, representing five different counties, can expect to earn anywhere from $35,000 to $81,000 as they begin their careers, depending upon their specific job assignments.
At the ceremony, the instructors Brenda Madan, Ronnie Carter, and Fallon Weyant had only positive comments to make about the recent graduates. When Lorette Hoover, Altamaha Technical College President asked Madan, “How many graduates had been placed in jobs? “ Madan did not hesitate in her response, “all of them.” The next class will begin February 13, 2008.
