Cosmetology Students Pass 100%
Altamaha Technical College’s most recent Cosmetology graduates have successfully passed the state board examination with a 100% pass rate for the practical portion and a 100% on the written portion. “I had multiple phone calls the day of the state board exams of confidence and over preparedness,” said Lead Cosmetology Instructor, Beatrice Jackson.
By completing and passing the state board exams, these students are now state board certified cosmetologists. According to Jackson, “I have spoken to each of the students and they are all currently employed in the field, which is great! They are ready to render professional services of hair, skin, and nails to the public.”
