Army Emergency Relief Scholarship |

Army Emergency Relief (AER) is a private non-profit organization whose mission is to provide financial assistance to Army Soldiers and their dependents in time of valid emergency need.
AER's Education Program is a secondary mission to help Army families with costs of education.
AER offers three scholarship:
- Stateside spouse education assistance program
- Overseas spouse education assistance program
- Major General James Ursano Scholarship Fund for Dependent Children
How Do I Receive a Scholarship?
- Fill out an application and mail it with the supporting documents by the application deadline.
- The majority of students who meet deadlines receive a scholarship.
- Academic acheivements and individual accomplishments may be considered.

Applications are available November 1 in three ways: By mail from AER HQ until February 20; at http://www.aerhg.org/ to apply online by March 1st; or print from http://www.aerhq.org/ and mail by March 1st.
NOTE: To be considered, the scholarship application must be on time, complete, accurate and contain all required documents and signatures.
