New and expanding industries qualify for FREE training. The extent and amount of training varies depending on the number of new employees to be hired. The process includes a Project Study to determine the type and extent of training. A job analysis to determine the tasks to be trained. Preparation of training materials. Training of employees to entry level capability. Training a cadre of trainers to continue to train new employees as they are hired.
Quick Start training encompasses preparation and delivery of all the areas required to startup and/or expand a business. The materials prepared may be printed text, graphics, computer based programs on CD's, videos, and other media as deemed appropriate for the application.
